Getting Tore Up

One night a bunch of us were sitting at Waffle House discussing who knows what. I tend to get very defensive about certain things and apparently it happened and my friend Kaitlin said, "Kelsey, don't get tore up." Ever since then whenever I get mad or defensive about something, everyone says don't get tore up. Some things I have very strong opinions about and if it takes getting loud to make my point then I'm going to do it. There are just somethings you should never argue with me about:
1. Johnny Depp
2. Adam Lambert
3. Movie trivia
4. Things that I know for a fact ( I hate when people argue about things they have no idea about)
5. How to do my job within the sorority
There's a good chance you will not win any of these conversations and I will get tore up!

Friends

I was inspired to start a blog by my friend Jessica. I don't really know what to blog about, but here it goes. The farther along I get in the college, the more I begin to realize how close I am to being in the real world. It's hard to believe that I'm about to be a senior in college. In a year and a half I'll be getting a real job and I'll be on my own. College has really changed the way I view everything. You leave high school thinking that those are the people you will be best friends with the rest of your life, but that's just not true. I barely speak to anyone I went to high scool with anymore. The friends I've made in college are the best and most diverse group of people. Some of them are people I never would have been friends with in high school. Some are wild, crazy and very out there, others are quiet and more laid back like me. I've had some of the best experiences with these people. These include flying off on a gravel road in the middle of nowhere with the gas tank on empty to simply laying around and laughing about our day. All of my friends are amazing and I can always count on one of them to cheer me up when I've had a bad day.
